Heating and cooling is the biggest power user in most homes, so it’s worth getting right. We supply and install air conditioning across Adelaide, and because we do solar as well, we’ll set it up so it’s running on your own power whenever it can be.

How it works
From the first question to the handover.
- Tell us about the rooms. Which spaces, how they’re used, and what’s happening now — too hot, too cold, or an old unit on its last legs.
- We come and look. Room sizes, windows, insulation, where the units can go and what the switchboard will allow.
- A clear quote. The system we’d recommend and why, including any electrical work, with nothing hidden in the fine print.
- Installed and handed over. We manage the job from quote to handover, test it with you and show you how to run it properly.
Why air con and solar belong together
Cooling happens when the sun’s out. The hottest part of the day is also when your panels are producing hardest, so a well-sized system can run most of the summer on power you’ve already generated rather than power you’re buying.
Reverse cycle is cheap to heat with. A modern reverse cycle unit produces several times more heat than the electricity it uses, which is why it usually beats gas heating on running cost and beats it by more again once solar is in the mix.
Size matters more than brand. An undersized unit runs flat out and never gets there; an oversized one short-cycles and costs more than it needed to. We size it on the room, not on a catalogue.
Electrical work carried out as part of your installation comes with a certificate of compliance. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle warranty claims for you.

What sort of air conditioning do you install?
Mostly reverse cycle split systems single room and multi-head, because for most Adelaide homes that’s the best balance of comfort, running cost and price. If you’re after something larger or a ducted system, talk to us about the house and we’ll work out the right way to do it.
Can you do ducted?
Tell us about the place and we’ll talk you through the options. Ducted suits some homes and is overkill in others, and there are situations where two or three well-placed split systems do the same job for less. We’ll give you an honest view either way rather than pushing you to the bigger system.
Will air conditioning work with my solar?
Yes, and it’s one of the best things to run on solar. Cooling demand peaks when your panels are producing hardest. If you’ve already got solar we’ll take that into account when sizing the system, and if you haven’t, we can quote both together.
What size unit do I need?
It depends on the room size, ceiling height, insulation, which way the windows face and how much sun the room copes with. That’s why we look before we quote. Guessing from a floor plan is how people end up with a unit that never quite gets there.
Will I need a new circuit or a switchboard upgrade?
Sometimes. Air conditioners usually need a dedicated circuit, and older switchboards don’t always have room or the right protection. We check on the visit and include anything that’s needed in the quote, so it isn’t a surprise on install day.
Do you service and repair air conditioners?
We focus on supply and installation. If something’s gone wrong with an existing system, give us a call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
