How it works
Planned around your business, not ours.
- Tell us about the site. What the business does, what’s happening, and when you can and can’t have people working on it.
- We come and look. Switchboard, supply, existing condition and anything we can see coming, so nothing turns up later as a surprise.
- A clear quote, with timing. What we’d do, what it costs, and when we’d do it — planned around your operating hours as far as the job allows.
- Done, tested and documented. Certificate of compliance for the work, and records for your files.
Why one number for the whole site is worth something
Most sites end up with three or four trades who’ve each done a bit. Someone put the solar on, someone else did the lights, and nobody has the whole picture of what’s on the switchboard. When something goes wrong, you make three phone calls and each one tells you it’s the other bloke’s problem.
We’re set up to be the one call. The same team that installs your solar can upgrade the switchboard, run power to the new machine, sort the lighting and keep the test and tag up to date. Because we’ve seen the site before, we’re not starting from scratch every time.
We use our own licensed electricians. Not subcontractors, not whoever was available that week. The people who turn up are LAMM, and they’ll be the same faces next time.
Electrical work comes with a certificate of compliance and our 10-year workmanship guarantee. We’re fully insured, and we work well beyond metro Adelaide.

What sort of businesses do you work with?
Workshops, warehouses, factories, offices, wineries and retail premises across Adelaide. Some we see once for a specific job, some we look after ongoing. There’s no minimum — if it’s a commercial site and it needs an electrician, call us.
Do you do test and tag?
Yes. We test and tag on a schedule that suits your site, and leave you with a register you can hand straight to an auditor or an insurer. Several of our commercial customers started with a solar install and now have us doing their test and tag as well.
Some of this needs the power off. How do we manage that?
By planning it. Tell us your operating hours and what can’t be interrupted, and we’ll work the job around them as far as we can — staging it, or picking the quietest part of your week. What we won’t do is turn up and shut your site down without warning you first.
Can you look after our solar as well?
Yes, and it’s usually simpler if we do. We design and install commercial solar, and because it’s the same team, the people maintaining your system already know your switchboard and your site.
Do you work outside metro Adelaide?
Yes. We regularly work well outside the metro area. Tell us where you are and we’ll let you know what’s involved.
Something's stopped working. How fast can you get here?
Call us and tell us what’s happened. We’ll get to you as quickly as the schedule allows, and we’ll be straight with you about when that is rather than telling you what you want to hear. If there’s something you can safely do in the meantime, we’ll talk you through it on the phone.
Do you work with builders on fit-outs?
Yes. We take on the electrical side of shop and office fit-outs and work in alongside the rest of the trades. Get us involved early if you can, it’s cheaper to put the power where it needs to go than to move it later.
